Completed for Mr and Mrs M - Ely - December 2014
After moving to a new home , it was always going to part of the scheme of things to completely rip out and refit the 12 year old kitchen . The big BUT however on such an undertaking, was project managing such an effort after the stress of a move as this is no mean effort after considering all the different planning , trades required, regulatory aspects and skill sets needed to pull it all together . That's the reason I approached Paul at Complete Kitchens , as he advertised a COMPLETE design, supply and install service.
It was obvious from those first couple of visits to his local showroom and the subsequent house survey , that a huge amount experience underpins the company here. That, together with his locally established in-house fitting team led by Terry , one of the most multi skilled , amicable and can-do folks that I have had the pleasure to meet, was an excellent find .
Of course this is the real world and as such any major Kitchen fit has its own niggles and nuances that need customising or some ad-hoc adjustments needed. Paul was invariably on the ball if any hinge or bracket didn't quite meet the requirements or when a panel may have suffered slight scuff during its transportation , he would sort it ! These guys took it in all in their stride , removed all the potential hassle away from us.
We just made them tea .............. lots of tea smile emoticon
The Kitchen was completed to a top professional standard , as described to a T as per the initial 3D modelling phase , all within my agreed budget and no nasty surprises . Paul even sought out a recent promotion cash-back credit on my electrical appliances in the fit , which I didn't even know about ... there's service for ya!
Most important I guess for any new Kitchen , is the wife's approval , and boy she is beaming like a Cheshire cat behind her new breakfast bar top . Back to the home Office Den for me then !
