An independent supplier of German and UK kitchens. Our showroom is based in Little Downham, Ely, Cambridgeshire. We have combined over 60 years’ experience in the kitchen industry. We pride ourselves on our friendly and non-pressurised environment. We have been established in Ely for
over 10 years now and have completed in excess of 800 new kitchens in this time. We offer a FREE home design visit, free design service using state of the art software. We work closely with some of the major kitchen industry leading brands to ensure all our products are of the highest quality and service.

We specialise in the design, supply and installation of high quality German and UK kitchens, with many of our ranges made bespoke to suit any kitchen, small or large. Whilst we offer independent high quality products and service, we can work to most budgets as we are not on the high street, like many independents.
SCOTT
Director
Scott has always had a passion for design, studying Architecture and Design at university before moving into the kitchen industry. Over the years he has built up a wealth of knowledge in kitchen retail and installation, which he now brings to Complete Kitchens Ely.
In 2021, Scott stepped into the role of Showroom Manager and later took the exciting step of purchasing the business from Paul Smart. A big player in the kitchen industry for over 30 years, Paul was not only a mentor but also an inspiration, and Scott is proud to continue the values and reputation Paul built, while adding his own creativity and vision for the future.

He understands just how important the kitchen is in everyday life and works hard to make every customer’s journey smooth and enjoyable, from the first design ideas through to completion.
PENELOPE
Kitchen Designer
Naturally artistic and creative, Penelope studied a 5-year Fashion Design & Technology degree; later followed by a 2 year Interior Design Diploma. Having spent many years inbetween graduating and becoming a kitchen designer, Penelope worked extensively within the hospitality industry, working both in front of house roles and back of house as a self taught Chef. The experience developed her knowledge of a functioning, working kitchen as well as gaining valuable insight and skills into providing first class customer service. Penelope started her career in Kitchen Design as a trainee design assistant within a luxury, handmade British kitchen brand, where she learnt a wealth of technical kitchen design and installation knowledge. Fast forward from 2014 to 2021, Penelope became another valued member of our inspirational and dedicated kitchen design team.
TRISH
Kitchen Designer
Trish graduated with a degree in Interior Design in 2020 and has since cultivated a strong passion for creating tailored, functional spaces. She began her career with a bespoke UK company, where she specialised in designing personalised bedroom and living spaces, ensuring each project was uniquely suited to the client’s needs. Trish later expanded her expertise to kitchen design, working for a major UK manufacturer, where she focused on delivering practical and beautiful designs. With over seven years in customer-facing roles, Trish understands the importance of the customer journey in interior design. Her approach is centered around collaboration and communication, ensuring that clients feel engaged and supported at every stage. From the initial consultation to the final result, she is committed to creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also deeply aligned with the client’s lifestyle. Trish’s dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience is at the heart of every project she takes on.
