How our kitchen design, supply & installation process works, in just 5 simple steps

Step 1 - Home Design / Showroom Visit

We can either visit your home, or if you prefer you can visit our showroom first to have a look at our stunning displays. During either the home design visit or when you visit our showroom we will discuss your requirements, what is important to you in your new kitchen, different storage solutions, worktops and appliance options as well as over 50 door options.

During the home design visit we take the full room measurements and check your electrics, gas and plumbing meet current legislations. If you have architect plans you can bring these with you to the showroom and we can design your new kitchen directly from the architects drawings.

Step 2 - Showroom Presentation

Once we have measured your room or you have provided us with your architect drawings and we have a list of your requirements for your new kitchen, we will get everything prepared and invite you back to our showroom to present our design ideas and the free no obligation quotation.

We can do more than one design for you if required, you will be truly amazed by how realistic our design images are!  We will discuss what you like in the designs and maybe some alternative design solutions that would work with your space.

Once you are ready to proceed we will invite you back to the showroom to take you through your design in detail.  This is to ensure you are happy with and understand every element of your new kitchen.

Step 3 - Pre-Installation Survey

Within a couple of weeks of placing your order you will hear from one of our locally approved installers to arrange the pre-installation survey.

During the survey the installer will double check all the room measurements, double check the services required for your appliances and discuss the final details on items such as electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring and tiling if required.

They will also confirm the time they will arrive on the first day of installation and any access requirements.

Step 4 - Installation Starts

Your installation team will arrive on the day and time agreed. We will start by removing your old kitchen and any floor / wall tiling that needs to be removed. We will arrange for all the qualified tradesman to arrive when required, so you can just sit back, relax and watch your new kitchen taking shape.

Once all the pre-installation work is completed and the room is ready we will deliver your new kitchen, there is no need to store the kitchen as we do not deliver until the installer is ready to start installing it.

Step 5 - Enjoy your new kitchen

Once our installer has fully completed your new kitchen they will arrange for you to sign a Completion Certificate to confirm you are happy with everything. They will also leave you with a full electrical certificate if we undertook electrical work.

We will then contact you within a couple of days after completion to arrange a visit to sign off, make sure you are fully satisfied with everything and take some pictures of the new kitchen.

We will then leave you in peace to enjoy your new kitchen for many years.
