From start to finish, every step has been impeccable. Penelope worked with us to create a design that matched our budget, the small size of our kitchen, and even managed to include some of our dreams! We really appreciated her patience and flexibility with us. Our installation team were led by Darren who planned every thing to the smallest detail, and then delivered exactly to plan. All the work was completed to the highest standards and with such efficiency. In little more than a week, we had not only a Complete Kitchen - but a complete dream of a kitchen! thank you to everyone!

My kitchen is now one year old and I still absolutely love it.  Scott was really helpful and patient with the design process which was mostly carried out via email during the first lockdown.  After using it for a year there is not one thing that I dislike about the layout.  Simon the fitter was great - fantastic eye for detail.  Not the cheapest kitchen but lovely quality and a great service - would recommend.

Paul was very patient in guiding us through the design stage to make sure we got the key features we wanted within the budget we had set, and contributed with valuable perspective on our plans. Terry and the various trades were fantastic professionals throughout, always on time and always tidying before they left. The adjustments we asked for through the installation were never too much trouble and in the end we came in bang on budget. We recently had our kitchen done by Complete Kitchens and from start to finish it’s been fantastic. We wanted a wall knocking down - opening the kitchen into the dining room, tiles lifting from the floor - the works! All done within the remarkably quick time frame allocated, trades friendly, hard working and incredibly good at their jobs. Kitchen itself is amazing and of fantastic quality - the renders provided were so useful and helped bring the whole design to life.

Paul and his team have made what could’ve been a very long and stressful situation into something that ran incredibly smoothly. Will and am recommending this company to everyone.

We would definitely recommend Complete Kitchens, Paul was great throughout the design process, really patient with us, and his input was really helpful. Paul has got a brilliant team behind him. Terry, the fitter, pays great attention to detail and was always very professional. Can’t fault the electricians and the worktop fitters, all came when they were meant too and cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Paul would regularly check in with us when the kitchen was being done and was readily available if we had any queries.

We are pleased with the quality of the kitchen cabinets and worktops. Thanks to all the team at Complete Kitchens!

A kitchen that looks great and ticks all the boxes.

We found Complete kitchens extremely helpful from the first visit through to the completed kitchen. Paul was quite happy to change plans, and email detailed costings and designs as ideas developed. The quality of the furniture and fittings is excellent, as endorsed by the carpenters who fitted the units and appliances. Any slight defect caused by transportation, was corrected or replaced quickly. We are so pleased with the finished kitchen and would recommend thoroughly Complete Kitchens Ely.

Complete Kitchens are everything you can wish for in a kitchen company and more - independent, local, and with a real focus on quality and the customer.  We first approached CKE with scepticism, fully expecting that they would be much more expensive than the national outfits.  So it was a huge surprise when we first opened the quote which was as competitive as Wrens and Howdens and significantly less than another independent supplier.  From that moment it was no contest as to who we were going to use.  From the very first time we popped into the showroom to arrange an appointment to the final piece being installed, the process was seamless and stress free and the end product is a wonderful high-quality kitchen that we absolutely love and has transformed our home.

The team that Paul has put together is second to none.  Scott was wonderful and very patient, and nothing was ever too much trouble.  He listened carefully to our design ideas and our aspirations and practical needs and came up with a wonderful design, carefully blending our specifications with ideas of his own.  As the design stage coincided with the first lockdown and we were unable to sit down with him, Scott was brilliant at churning out design after design as we changed our minds on little aspects of the kitchen.  He was also great at getting quotes for different appliances as we played around to get the perfect combination for our needs and budget.  He even arranged for us to visit a local Silestone warehouse so we could decide on the worktops.

Like clockwork the kitchen arrived as promised on the day.  Simon did a brilliant job in fitting it and his care and attention to detail was really appreciated.  He was the absolute professional, arriving on time every day and making sure he did not leave us with a mess at the end of each day.

We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend CKE to anyone.  An amazing service from start to finish.

Paul and the team at Complete Kitchens Ely have just completed a refit of our kitchen and utility and we honestly couldn't be happier with the advice, design, quality and fit. From start to finish the team have been excellent. Paul is not afraid to offer constructive advice and design ideas without forcing his ideas upon you. All of his suggestions have significantly improved the layout and functionality of our new kitchen. The quality of the cabinets are extremely good and offer excellent value for money. Paul has assembled a team behind him who all manage to deliver his very high standards of workmanship. They are the tidiest, most polite and punctual contractors we have ever used so thanks also to Terry, Ben and Ian. This review is being written 18 months after Complete Kitchens finished our kitchen, so it's a case of better late than never, but we can also tell you how the kitchen has fared in that time and the answer is flawlessly! The kitchen looks as good as new, everything works and we have had zero faults or issues.

One of the reasons we chose Complete Kitchens  is that we needed a wall demolished, the kitchen replastered, new radiators, sockets and floor and the effort in arranging and coordinating these is considerable, but no problem for us as it was all arranged by Ely Kitchens and the standard of work was very high. We recently had our home valued and the kitchen has added twice the £ to the value of the house than it cost for the kitchen to be done

Thanks to Graham for his attention to detail, ideas and advice, he was right about adding more sockets and the position of the lights!

We are still really pleased and would definitely recommend Complete Kitchens Ely.

Well, what can I say about this local company but Wow!  From our first visit to their showroom we were amazed at their expertise and efficiency. Scott designed a beautiful kitchen for us, and very soon the work started. I can honestly say the workmanship from every member of the team was outstanding. They are all perfectionists, and appear to really enjoy their work. Excellent Customer Service. We have been delighted with the experience from the moment we first walked into the showroom to the end of the project. The advantage of having the replacement kitchen fitted and managed by one person can't be overvalued. It makes life easier and less stressful. Excellent from the start to the end. From the moment we walked through the door at Complete Kitchens Ely we knew we had made the right choice. The products are good quality and well made. We chose one of their German kitchens. Scott helped with the design of our kitchen following our brief and had some helpful ideas of his own. He brought to life our vision including how to fit a fitted table under the kitchen window so we could look out over our garden. It was amazing to see the kitchen come to life on the screen. Nothing was too much trouble even when we asked to try something different with the design a few times. Our fitter Graham was hard working and clearly took pride in his work, his team of tilers, plasterer, and others where also professional, polite, and tidy. In just under 3 weeks we now have an amazing kitchen which we absolutely love. We would definitely recommend Complete Kitchens Ely and have done so to friends.

A great experience from start to finish and I am extremely happy with my finished kitchen. From my first visit to the showroom I could tell that this was the company I wanted to use to complete my kitchen renovation, the staff were friendly and the products they were selling were high standard. Aiden helped to design a stunning kitchen and was always happy to make changes and suggestions about design elements. During the fitting Graham was very professional and hard working, he managed all the other trades people well and my kitchen was finished in just over 3 weeks. The finished article is stunning and I couldn't be happier with it. The only downside was the wait between ordering and fitting, but clearly a busy company due to the quality and professionalism that they deliver and it was well worth the wait in the end. I do not hesitate to recommend Complete Kitchens Ely.

After hearing an ad on local radio for Complete Kitchens we visited their showroom that same afternoon. We were both impressed by the displays and arranged fro Paul to come and visit and give his expert opinion on bringing our kitchen into the 21st Century.We were not disappointed by his design and 2 months later, the ideas became a reality! Graham and his team worked tirelessly, as long as the tea and biscuits kept coming, and did a great job from removal of the old kitchen to installing the bright new units. Am so pleased I heard that ad on radio, thanks to that I'm finding something new to smile about in the kitchen...especially the colour changing cooker hood! Superb Kitchen planners, suppliers and fitters. We have no hesitation in recommending Complete Kitchens, their approach is second to none and appliances are competitively priced so you are confident that the final price is a fair price. Aiden’s initial planning made excellent use of our available space after discussing our requirements and making useful suggestions. A very late change of mind was accommodated by Paul and again suggestions made to make best use of the space. Terry and his team did an excellent job of fitting the new kitchen including replacing the floor tiles. His attention to detail was brilliant, above worktop sockets and switches moved and hidden where possible. Loss of use of facilities were minimised by leaving the utility room in action as long as possible. Excellent service from beginning to end.

Quick design, long wait for the installation date though. During installation the installers were very messy, didn't take shoes off when walking on cream carpet. They used my pans to collect water for a leak rather than have a bucket to hand. In addition to this they chipped my 4 month old table and when this was mentioned i was told they would pay for the excess on insurance, forgetting the fact this would increase my premium next year!
